Check out what holistic vets, breeders, and other
customers have to say about Sojourner Farms . . .

"I recommend Sojo's frequently to my clients, and my own eleven year old Australian Shepherd cross, Sheila, has been on it as her sole diet for over five years. Her haircoat is beautiful, and her weight has stayed constant, her teeth have never needed to be cleaned, and to date, she shows no sign of arthritis. Meal time is the highlight of her day. I mix the original Sojo's with Europa, to get a little more veggies in her diet."

-- Bettye Hooley, DVM, Montrose, CO

"Sojos makes giving your pets incredibly healthy food a snap! Just take their mixes and add your meat choice. One of my biggest peeves in the world for nearly 30 years has been the disgusting condition of the food big producers want us to feed our furry buddies! And let's face it...making it all from scratch is a tough call in today's busy life. Finally a healthy solution.Great for pets. Easy for you! This company gets "Five Stars" from me!"

-- Dr. Deborah Baker DC, DNM, DI.Hom, MSc.(Nutrition)

"Sojourner Farms offers quality, efficiency, and the ease of preparation that people are looking for. You truly 'are what you eat.' Thus the sound nutrition in Sojourner Farms will provide the base of solid health for pets."

Sojourner Farms is owned by a vet who has spent his life helping animals live healthy lives. In addition to health, Sojourner Farms food conditions dogs for intense competition in the show ring."

-- Kathy DeBoer, Breeder of St. Bernard Rescue Dogs

"On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate Sojourner Farms a 5+!! The correct amount of herbs and nutrition in every scoop! The change I have seen in my Bostons can be seen the show ring. Judges can distinguish a natural dog. For the love of your pets, feed natural. Feed Sojourner Farms!!!"

-- Judy Zahas, Champion Breeder of Boston Terriers

"A wonderful variety of quality grains, simple and fast to fix, making it an excellent base in which to add other foods to complement the diet, bagged in small amounts so I can carry it to shows. I am personally please with this product, and try to have all of my puppy buyers continue with the diet as well. I feed an all natural diet, and tell everyone to try if for 30 days -- then they can tell me what they see. The difference? Clean & bright eyes, whiter teeth, shinier coats, healthy skin, increased stamina & vitality, and an overall new beginning to your dog's health."

-- Janis L. Myers, Casino Kennels, Champion Breeders of Dobermans

"I started feeding Sojourner Farms after one of my dogs died of cancer. I was advised by my local vet to do as the wolves do, and feed a raw, natural diet. I like that there's no preservatives, and only natural/raw ingredients. Sojourner Farms keeps my labs healthy. I bred a litter 6 months ago. The mother was on Sojourner Farms during gestation and the 8 puppies were born glistening. All of the buyers were very impressed by my breeding & nutrition objectives, and could see the care and TLC that was invested into them. Sojourner Farms was the key. The mother and the puppy I kept have a very bright disposition, pearly white teeth, and shiny, silky coats. No teeth cleaning bills for this happy hunter. Friends glance at my dogs and are amazed at their silky, black coats and white teeth. Thank you Sojourner Farms!!

-- Reuben Pinske, Breeder of Labrador Retrievers

"Just a quick note to let you know how wonderful I think Sojourner Farms pet food has been for my animals. I have three cats, and they all go nuts for the food. Their coats are shiny and healthy, and they are more playful and spunky than ever. Often times, they will even try to climb into our fridge to get at their Sojos! One of my cats was a tray and could hardly muster up a "meow" when I first found her. How, with the promise of getting her Sojo's supper, she meows up a storm. I also enjoy my role in the process. Mixing up their food makes me feel closer to them and I feel that our bond has strengthened. I have recommended your product to many of my friends, and will continue to do so.Thanks and keep up the great work!"

-- Sandra Cain, Minneapolis, MN

"About a year ago our golden retriever Sophie started having seizures. She was having about two a month, and even though we were reluctant to put her on the powerful medication needed to control them, our vet told us it was probably our only hope. Then we learned about Sojourner's. We had been feeding our dog a good grade of dry dog food, but we liked the sound of the human-quality ingredients in Sojourners. We decided to order a bag of Sojourner's and give it a try. We couldn't believe the results; Sophie immediately stopped having the seizures and hasn't had a problem since, and that was over six months ago. As the directions call for, we mix a little raw meat or vegetables with the food, and Sophie gobbles it up. It is such a relief to see our dog healthy and enjoying life again. She may have more medical problems in the future, but from now on, there's only one dog food good enough for our golden retriever, and that's Sojourner Farms."

--Mark Heike, Green Bay, WI

"I've been feeding Sojourner's to my two 10-year old dogs, an airedale (Bailey) and a wire-haired fox terrier (Spike) for 11 months now, and the changes that have occurred in my dog's overall health, emotional well-being, and energy level over that time is absolutely astonishing, especially when you consider our dogs' medical histories. My husband and I tried all of the "premium dog foods" and sought frequent care, from a veterinarian dermatologist to a veterinary teaching hospital which had "state of the art" equipment, to try to deal with our medical problems. No matter what we tried, their medical problems persisted. Bailey suffered from itchy skin eruptions due to allergies for over 8 years. Spike, ever since the age of two, suffered from more severe medical problems, like cushing's disease, elevated liver enzymes, and impacted anal glands, to name a few. As recently as December 1996, just prior to us discovering Sojourner Farms, he was diagnosed with spleen and liver cancer and given only 3-6 months to live.Over the past year or so, I had been reading several articles regarding how widespread cancer and allergies were in dogs from all over the country. All of the articles were pointing to commercial dog food. What was being promoted as "premium dog food" actually contained contaminants, such as pesticides and other toxins, and any nutritional value was being cooked out of the food. I was convinced that the "premium pet food" we had been feeding our dogs over the years was a strong contributor to their chronic poor health. With Spike's cancer diagnosis, I decided to seek an alternative diet for them.It was at this time when my new holistic veterinarian told me about Sojourner Farms dog food. "They'll love it," he said, "just try it and see." I gave the dogs their first bowl of Sojourner's, and they ate it so quickly I barely saw them eat it! Within only a few months, the changes in their physical health became very evident. Bailey's skin problems started to clear up, and I stopped the allergy injections and cortisone treatments for him. Because of Spike's more severe medical problems, his progress was even more dramatic than Bailey's. For one thing, his anal glands have not becomes impacted since he started the Sojourner's diet; whereas before, being fed the commercial dog foods, his anal glands were becoming impacted every 3 months or so. His cushing's disease is under much better control, and he is no longer on any of the medication that made him so weak he could barely walk. What's more surprising and such a blessing is that he is still alive and doing very well 10 months beyond his cancer diagnosis! Whenever we go on walks, people think that Spike is just a puppy, because he has so much energy and looks so healthy. Not only is Sojourner's extremely healthy for the dogs, but they love the taste too. On the previous foods they didn't have much interest in eating. There were several times when one of them would walk up to their dog dish, step away, and go back to lie down. It was a constant struggle to keep them interested. It's quite a different story now. Each night, as I'm measuring out the food, Baily sits very attentively and watches my every move, while Spike is to the right of me leaping from a sitting position 2 feet straight up, until I give him his dish. That's what I call being excited about your dinner!Being that my husband and I both work full-time, we like Sojourner's because it takes very little time to prepare. We just soak the mixture in water overnight and it's ready for the next day. It's also quite economical, in that two cups of Sojourner's per day feeds both dogs, versus 3-4 cups per day of their previous food. The Sojourner's goes further, lasts longer, is more economical than the other dog foods, and is, by far much healthier for them. In the 10 months that I've been feeding this to my dogs, their whole demeanor has been different. They hold their heads up higher, their tails are more alert, they have much more energy, yet they have calmer dispositions. It's like all of their senses have been suddenly awakened, and they're now really enjoying life instead of just lying around the house. I am so thankful to have Sojourner's available to feed to my dogs. The results and changes I've seen in both of them has been incredible, if not miraculous. I know in my heart, I'd have a different story to tell had I not switched to Sojourner's. Sojourner's is, without a doubt, the best food I can feed my dogs, and I am truly grateful that it is available, economical and easy to prepare. A few minutes a day is all it takes to prepare Sojourner's, and the reward you get is having happy, healthy, dogs who love their natural diet! Thank you, Sojourner Farms!"

-- Veronica Thouin, St. Paul, MN

"Just want you to know that our one cat with feline AIDS, who used to throw up two or three times a week, hasn't at all since he's been on SoJo's. The other cat was almost obese and waddled everywhere -- now she is happy, more active, and actually has a waist. The dog dives headfirst into his SoJo's bowl and doesn't come up 'til it's empty, and my parent's elderly dog is feeling fine and not shedding her coat as much now. I think your cat and dog food is wonderful. Thank you."

-- Ann M. Daane, Atlanta, GA

"I've been meaning to write you before this but never got around to it. Your food has been a miracle for my dog Riley! He's a 13 1/2 year old Beardie who's always had stomach problems that got much worse in November 1999. He kept losing weight and nothing seemed to help! My vet suggested I give your food a try and I'm totally hooked! His stomach problems have disappeared and though he's still a little skinny his weight is stabilizing. Thanks so much."

--Terry Amy and Riley, Chicago, IL

"Thank you very much. My two Boston Terriers are very allergic. This is the first thing to ever have come out of a bag that they can eat. Thank you for providing something that makes my life with two difficult little angels a little simpler (and for the piece of mind that comes with the quality). This is our second bag of Sojourner Farms, so we're relatively new to the product. I'm more than pleased with it, and the girls just love it. Every dog must love it if my two finicky girls dive into it. I alternate the protein source from beef to chicken to fish and add veggies (sweet potatoes, carrots, and broccoli are their favorites)." Many thanks from Hannah, Haley, & their Mom!"

-- Kris Porto, Hudson, FL

"I am sending this letter to tell you just how much I love your product! I am a breeder/exhibitor of purebred American Staffordshire Terriers, and am currently feeding 8 of them (7 adults and 1 puppy). I have made the gradual switch over to a natural diet, and was told about your product by a Basenji breeder. She was sold on your product and after seeing her lovely animals, I know why! I have been "in" staffs for 17 years, and have always played the "feed of the month" game. My dogs would get tired of the same old, same old, and I was beginning to feel like I was just throwing food at them. The care and preparation it takes to switch over to a natural feed is well worth the time and effort. I had tried others, and am SOLD on your product. Stools are firmer, and less in quantity, coats are shiny, eyes are bright, and dogs just seem happier! Dogs that used to be just ho-hum about dinner time, now dance and prance for their meal. My 8 year old daughter helps at feeding time, and she loves the fact that we get to spend the quality preparation time together. We discuss things like: making better, healthier eating choices, and the fact that artificial things we put into our bodies, can actually be harmful to us in the long run. She is taking a great interest in your product, she pours it into the soaking pan, and mixes it with water. All the while claiming it is "easier than most people would think to eat healthy." Well, anyway, just wanted to say THANKS for making such a wonderful, healthy product . . . keep up the good work!"

-- Lydia Castgana, Breeder of American Staffordshire Terriers

"My dogs all (5 of them) love your food! I bought my first bag about three weeks ago, and we're nearly out of it now. They eat your food mixed with ground lamb, beef, or chicken and a small amount of veggies or fruit, with the kind of gusto I've never see them use on anything else. In addition to your mix, they get raw meaty bones at the second meal each day. It's too early to see a difference in coats yet, but they all appear to be visibly happier dogs with more energy and a lot more interest in their everyday goings on. Three of the dogs show (standard wirehaired dachshunds) and two are humane society-rescued spaniel mixes that are close to 10 years old. When I look at their enthusiasm, there's no comparison to their old food! They'll chose Sojourner Farms every time. My dachshunds not only do the show circuit (a high-stress way for a dog to make a living), they also actively compete in AKC Earthdog tests and Field Trials every chance we get. The fact that these guys love your food, hold their weight well now, appear to have well-functioning intestinal tracts once again, and are showing new (positive) behaviors like being more outwardly focused and obviously happy with their lives, have all occurred since moving them to the combination of your food with ground meat and raw veggies, and a second meal of meaty bones each day. I'm delighted with the results! And please, raise prices if you have to rather than adjusting your formula as time goes by! You have a winner with Sojourner Farms. Obviously I'm pleased to have discovered you." (A side note from the owner . . . not to worry, there are no plans to raise prices anytime soon.)

-- Helen Connor, Beaverton, OR

"I have the leanest, longest (but healthy) German Sherpherd EVER. This guy is 2 years old & never, NOT ONCE enjoyed his dinner. I kid you not. I tried everything. Dry, wet, semi-wet, cooked for him . . . everything. The FIRST time I put a bit of Sojourner down, he enjoyed eating. It's only been a week I've been converting him, but I'm SO hopefully. He could be your poster boy. Other people say their pup is finicky, but I promise you this one wanted to see the menu! Thank you for your product."

-- Nancy James, Cambria, CA

“We have a five month old Golden Retriever puppy, Max, that we have put on Sojourner Farms dog food since he was about seven weeks old. He absolutely loves his dinner as it takes him approximately 40 seconds to inhale it once we put his dish in front of him. His coat is sleek and shiny and he has boundless energy. We really appreciate that he is getting such a well balanced diet without all the fillers etc. that are found in a lot of commercial dog foods. We would highly recommend this product for anyone who is concerned with feeding a premium product that greatly enhances the health and overall well being of his (or her) devoted companion.”

-- Keith & Kathy Chavie (and Max)

“I’d like to tell you the story of Odyssey -- an elderly toy poodle that belonged to my Mom, before she passed away in February 1997. When I took him into my home I noticed he coughed a lot, and had very bad breath. I took him to my vet who told me Odyssey had a serious heart problem. He prescribed drugs and a special dry pet food. We also had his teeth cleaned and he gave me a daily tooth gel to deal with his breath. For a while the coughing got better, but then it began to become worse again. The doctor doubled his prescription, but said there wasn’t anything else that could be done. The coughing continued to worsen, as did his bad breath. At that point I read the ingredients on the food, and couldn’t see how it could be helping. That’s when I learned about Sojourner Farms. After having all of my questions answered on the phone, I ordered a bag. He transitioned very easily, and within a short time some dramatic changes occurred. His breath cleared up, and his coughing decreased markedly. Best of all, Odyssey now seems quite a bit more alert and active. Whereas before he was pretty indifferent about his food, now he literally dances around excitedly at feeding time. Odyssey and I can’t thank you enough! I believe that not only will your food help him to live longer, but it has already greatly improved the quality of his life. (And for those of us who no longer have to deal with his breath, it’s improved the quality of our lives too!)”

-- Mary Fredricks and Odyssey

"Charlie loves (the food) and his coat just glistens. I mix the food with raw organic ground beef from our food co-op in Duluth. It's the best thing. It even encourage me to get back into just eating raw foods. I love it!"

-- Bob Gabres, Saginaw, MN

"My little Maltese dogs just love this food. They have always been very peppy, but now they are twice as peppy. I will never feed the in-the-can or bag of commercial pet food again."

-- Dorris Shanks, Harrisburg, IL

"My 12 year old Cacapoo is almost like a puppy again and doesn't itch or scratch anymore nor does she have her hot spot on her hip. I started feeding her your formula in July and my vet says she is really impressed. I cook vegetable to add to her grains and chicken (cooked) and raw ground beef. I'm so glad I found about your dog food. Penny really does great on it. Thanks so much."

-- Carol Krueger, Escondido, CA

"I just want to let you know that I appreciate your product very much. My dog's name is Zoe too! But she's a lot smaller -- a 13 lb. Silky Terrier, cute as a button. A few years ago she had a serious problem with blood in her stool. We were living overseas at the time and I was desperate. When I came back to the US for a visit, a holistic vet recommend your product. Even though I'd been cooking homemade food for her all of her life, we still couldn't solve the problem. Well, as soon as we started on Sojourners', the problem cleared up immediately and hasn't returned. I'm very grateful and so is she. Thanks to all the folks at Sojourner'. Keep up the good work!"

-- Bernice Danker, Anaheim, CA

"I just wanted to let you know how happy Figment, my shephard/collie mix, and I are with your dog food. I used to feed him dry dog food, and he would wait until late in the night (when he was REALLY hungry) to eat any of it. About 6 months ago, I took him to a holistic veterinarian, and she recommended Sojourner Farms and raw meat, and since then he has become the happiest dog on earth. He eats his food immediately, and loves every second of it. His coat has improved SO MUCH; his itching literally went away; he has so much more energy; and his digestion is totally improved. I just wanted to say thank you, and let you know how happy you've made us."

-- Kelli Webster and Figment, Santa Fe, NM

"I just want to say I am so very thankful I found out about your food. I have a 4 year old white boxer who was so sick and unhealthy that I came so very close to having her put to sleep thinking she was in pain and dying. My vet had done extreme testing on her and found she had an ulceratic stomach. We tried the innovative diet dog food which all she did was throw up!! She was starving to death . . literally. I found out about your food through the book "The Veterinarians' Guide to Natural Remedies for Dogs" which I think God for. Delilah was down to 38 lbs.. After 3 weeks on your food and the "natural" way of feeding she is healthy, full of vigor, her coat is beautiful, and she is back to smiling. My family and I want to send a big "thank you" and hope others will consider switching their pets to the more natural foods."

-- Daelene Dorian, Louisville, KY

"I have tried all kinds of different dog foods that were guaranteed to make the dog healthier, nothing worked. My dogs were always sick, coat was horrible, not a lot of muscles and the dogs were always tired. I switched my dogs to Sojos and WOW within a month the dogs shone. Their conformation was a whole lot better, the coat was a lot thicker. Thank You so Much!"

-- Christina Wagner, breeder of Champion Jack Russell Terriers

"I just had to write to say my fickle 2 yr old border collie, "Missi", just loves this stuff! We recently had to put down one of our dogs because of cancer. After "Pooch" was gone, she had been moping around the house and wouldn't eat anything, not even table food! I ordered a bag and mixed it with broiled plain chicken. She picked at it at first, but went back an hour later and finished it. I did a test run on her with a can of dog food that had no by-products and fillers. Well, she totally snubbed it off and sat there until i made her "regular" dinner. Now she tells me when she wants to eat, and sits diligently and patiently the kitchen while I prepare her dinner. Even in the few short weeks she's been eating the grains, her coat is extremely shiny and now can see her muscle definition in her legs and body. I can't say enough about the product, except thank you."

-- Michele & "Missi" Trotta, North Brunswick, NJ

"We provide a home for handicapped and old cats. We have a one-eyed 10 month old black cat named Zorro who had constant, never-ending diarrhead. It just poured ot of him all the time; it covered his back end, it was everywhere. It was just awful. This was an extremely frustrating situation for us. We tried everything we could find and no cat food made any difference at all. We were truly at the end of the road. Even the vet we took him to (repeatedly) did not recommend your dry cat food mix (for our particular case) which her clinic sold. Anyway, I bought the book "The Natural Cat" and read about the benefits of raw food. I also remembered seeing your product in Buellton Vet and wondered if it would be easier to fix. After two weeks on Sojourner Farms food, the diarrhea had ended and this cat was pooping normal poops! Amazing! He also had put on weight and his black coat just shines now. The difference was notghin short of miraculous. A co-worker of mine told me about her kitten who also had constant diarrhea; I recommened your product to her and she used it with the same results. Normal poops! I wish we could afford to put all our cats on your cat food mix. It has truly saved our cat's life. Thank you for making such a good product."

-- Mara St. James, Santa Ynez, CA

"I just wanted to let you know I started feeding Odin Sojo's about three weeks ago and he absolutely loves it! I have already noticed an improvement in his coat and skin. Being a Lab, his skin always seemed to be dry, flaky and he would have red spots on his belly that I would try to treat with topicals but he would lick the cream off! Now he doesn't have any red spots! I was always suspicious of dry dog food, it's content and effect on my dog. Now I am worry free! Thank you for making a delicious, wholesome product for a very important member of my family!"

-- Cindy Kness & Odin, Pittsburgh, PA

“We would like to thank you for your wonderful food. Several years ago, our dog Killian developed stomach problems that no one could explain. He was taken to several veterinarians without success, and some even suggested that we put him on steroids indefinitely. Killian was not getting better and we didn't know what to do, when a friend suggested he go to a holistic veterinarian. At the time we were living in Minneapolis and had the honor of working with a wonderful vet, Dr. Winter. The first recommendation that he made was change Killian's diet. We thought that we were buying the best food, one of the popular and expensive higher-end brands. We soon learned was that we were "paying for a Ferrari and getting a dodge." We decided to change Killian's food and then had to decide what would make the most sense - make or buy. Due to work schedules, it was much more convenient to buy Killian's food and Dr. Winter recommended Sojourner Farm food. Well, things have been great ever since. Killian's stomach problems are gone, his coat is gorgeous, he has great breath and most importantly we have a healthy, happy dog. People often stop us when we are walking him and ask us how old our "puppy" is. Killian is seven years old and has the energy of a two year old! When we moved to Connecticut three years ago, we panicked about how to get Sojourner Farm food. There was no need to be worried however, now we have it shipped directly our home. We have experienced wonderful customer service and really enjoy the newsletter. My husband and I have seen the proof. We will never feed any animal in our family anything but Sojourner Farm food.”

--Mary & Steve Macri Trumbull, CT

"My cat loves Sojourner's. All that other food makes her skin flake and her hair fall out. I've been feeding her Sojo's for about 18 months and she's healthier and more active than she has ever been (she'll be 11 in May) Thank you for giving her an alternative."

--Bretta & Mercedes the cat

"I would like to take a minute and thank you for a great product. My Australian Shepherd, Snip, is in training for search and rescue. I wanted to switch her from commercial food and give her the best food I could find. After researching several products, I chose Sojos. It was one of the best decisions I have made. She is better focused, in great shape, and her once yellow teeth are spotlessly white and clean. She no longer has doggy breath! Her fur is soft, sily and shiny. People who haven't seen her for a while have asked if I got a new dog! I give the Sojos mix and raw meat diet the credit for these amazing changes. It's so good to be feeding her something she really enjoys. It almost looks good enough to eat myself! The other thing I like about it is the nice, clean smell of fresh food every day as opposed to kibble or canned food. Thanks again for a great product."

--Tina Parr and Snip "the Wunderdog"

"Just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate Sojourner's dog food. Our boxer had skin problmes before starting Sojourner's in May, 2000. He loves his food where he used to be a very picky eater. Our 9 year old bulldog has had no seizures in the past 8 months and we feel it is due to the natural quality (and lack of salts) of your food. We generally prepare the meal with cooked lamb, pork, or beef (the boxer is allergic to poultry) which the dogs LOVE! Thanks for your hard work in testing and preparing such high quality food."

-- Cindy Graff, Tulkas and Carnil

"I'm so pleased with your dog food. I've taken weight off of my dogs without losing condition or energy levels. I've fed other holistic foods, but none as satisfactory as Sojourner Farms. Thank you for caring and manufacuring such a great product."

-- Peggy Snyder, Breeder of English Cocker Spaniels

"I am sitting here typing with big huge tears of happiness rolling down my face. I was at my wit's end when I found Sojos at my vet's in a little sample bag. Of our four cats, our two Abyssinians and our giant tabby were throwing up literally every single day on commercial brands. Our new little Siamese/tabby mix was the only cat that seemed fine. Our little girl Abyssinian Toesie has almost died twice from what has been diagnosed as idiopathic auto-immune disease. She has been on prednisone and Leukeran for a long time, and her future is uncertain. She came into this world challenged with missing and deformed toes and it seems that her heart and lungs and internal organs are in a reversed orientation (heart is on the right side). I was determined to do anything to remedy at least the digestive problems and ordered a case of Sojo from your web site. It was a huge uphill battle making the switch, but now I have four cats BEGGING for food, eating it all with gusto, not throwing up (except hairballs), and full of energy and spirit. Their eyes are bright, their coats glisten, and I could not be more pleased. Their teeth are whiter, and it seems that the yellow plaque that they had on their back teeth is going away! I came to your website today to make the switch to sojo for our Labrador. She is 9 years old, has hip dysplasia, and is overweight. She does not enjoy her "senior" kibble, and now that I know what's in it, I don't blame her! I am sure it will be a seamless transition for her, and can't wait for our old girl to perk up!! Thank you for making such a terrific product!!"

-- Nicole Novak, Novato, CA

"Since my dog, Shamir, began eating your "live food", he has lost 4 pounds, a substantial loss for a standard dachshund who was overweight by that much and weighted 37 pounds, down now to 33 pounds and looking svelte. I also feed him broccoli/carrots/garlic mix of vegetables or another combination, and 4-5 tbsp. a day over your food (he eats twice a day). He also gets 1/3 cup of ground up raw meat daily, very lean chicken breast (skinless), or rump roast. He thrives on this diet and loves it all. He has had no skin problems which used to reoccur. He is seen by a homeopathic vet and has had no traditional medicines for several years. Shamir is almost 13 years old and doing beautifully. I can't say enough good about your dog food and have supplied your web site to others, hoping they will put an end to feeding their pets inferior food. Thank you."

-- Ann Holzhueter, Walnut Creek, CA

"I started feeding Sojos a month ago to my show bichons and poodles, and a couple other pet dogs. I wanted to let you know, they are all doing so very well! Healthy ears, teeny poops that hardly smell, and clear thinking minds are just a few of the things I have noticed.I have traveled to 7 shows now (2 long weekends) with a cooler and a zip lock of Sojos... very easy and I felt great knowing my babies were getting the best I could provide! Cost is actually less than when I was feeding kibble and supplementing with raw foods. I recommend this food to everyone who asks why my bichons look so good! Thank you for a great product and a reasonable price!"

-- Tiffani Hallan, Breeder of Bichons, Kingsland, GA

"It is remarkable how much Bailey loves Sojourner Farms. She would never eat her food before and we would almost have to force her to get it down. Now, as soon as we put a bowl of Sojourner's down she eats everything in her dish. Thanks again for your help and to the team at Sojos.com for making our pets'
lives happier and healthier.

"I just wanted to let you know that since adding Sojo's to my dog's regular food, he has gone from relatively inactive to being a constant busybody. Before Sojo's he was eating a homemade raw food diet I order over the internet of meat/veggies/supplements which comes premade/frozen. And, although this is an excellent food, I never had the results I have now with dramatically increased energy levels and alertness...oh, and did I mention, he loves to eat?! With this new found food combination, he is literally a new dog, and is driving me crazy wanting to play all the time and go for constant walks outside. Lastly, he is the picture of health-soft/shiny coat, clean white teeth, good muscle tone, bright shining eyes and happy, alert attitude. Thank you so much for a terrific product which I will continue to use and recommend to all of my friends! "

"In July of 2000, my 8 1/2 year old boxer was diagnosed with two - grade three mast cell tumors (grade four being the worst). The vet told me that chemo or any other treatment would not be worth it, and to just keep an eye on her. She had three to nine months to live. A friend of mine recommended your food, and I ordered some immediately. Feeling I had little time to waste, I switched Rosie over to your food within a week. Well, here it is some 17 months later (December 2001) and Rosie is 10, and looks as healthy as ever. She immediately lost 20 pounds on your food (which the vet had been urging me to do, and I had been trying with all sorts of diet dog foods) and looks great. Everyone at the vets office calls her wonder dog. My son left for his sophomore year of college thinking he would never see her again, and he is due home for Christmas of his junior year and she is still going strong. Your food is incredible and we have our year old black lab on it, in hopes that she too will live a long healthy life. Thank you for your wonderful product!!!"

-- Ginger Handy, Franklin, TN

"I just wanted you to know that I rescued a golden mix about six months ago and she smelled and just didn't look healthy and I immediately started her on Sojos and she has a beautiful shinny coat and she doesn't smell.  Both my Sheltie and golden love your food.  They both jump up and down while I am making the food and cant wait to eat.  If you ever are making a commercial I have two willing actresses. No, all kidding aside I would never feed my animals anything else."

-- Jennifer Price, Indianapolis, IN

"Thanks for your products. Daisy has been on your feeding program for over a year and has not had one skin problem!!! I can hardly believe it, since she was regularly on antibiotics, etc.... for problem skin. Thank goodness I took her to see a vet in Naples in October 2000, and was directed to your products and philosophy about pet feeding."

-- Marian Lippert, Naples, FL

"I ordered my first bag of food in about September, and started feeding my 5 basenji's immediately.  I wanted you to know that my 6 year old bitch that is suspected of having a liver shunt based on her liver panels for the last 5 years just returned a NORMAL liver panel.  The other dogs are doing well, the one with severe allergies to unknown items, hasn't changed much.  The others (the mother was put to sleep around Christmas because her heart failed at 15) have much more energy, and the one I'm competing in agility with has been competing much better, faster, and responding better, seems to be concentrating on what I say much better. The most impressive was the little one with the liver problems.  My vet was extremely surprised at the results, and the fact that she was such a picky eater before and now eats as much or more than the rest so she can put on some much needed weight (she's 13 pounds and should be about 18) She's now taking agility classes and actually responding to the commands and not running off to do her own thing.  I'm not sure what the food has to do with the mental ability, but it sure seems to, or it was an incredible coincidence of timing. Thank you very much."

"I am finally sitting down to write and say thank you so much for what you've done for my puppy. Let me tell you about Dana. She is a three year old German Shepherd. Up until she was about 6 months old, she ate a "premium brand" dry dog food, no problem. Then, for reasons known only to her, she turned into the Finicky Eater from Hell I tried everything to get this girl to eat; dry, semi-dry, dry mixed with canned, canned; you name it I tried it - literally. I kept a list of foods on the kitchen cabinet; name of food, would she eat it? yes, no, maybe At the end of my "trial" they all had big black X's through them Every week I ran from grocery store to pet store to feed store;  I mail ordered "natural"  foods from out of state. She turned her nose up at everything - meal time was a daily struggle with her. I've never seen a dog spit out a piece of kibble as well as she could I bought every premium brand, mid-grade, and yes, even the cheapest brands, to no avail.  Dana began to gain weight, as my husband and I added anything we could think of to her food, trying to bribe her into eating it It was not unusual for her to let a bowl of food sit for a day or two, absolutely refusing to touch it, till we threw it out and started over again. In early 2001, I subscribed to the newsletter Whole Dog Journal, and one of the first issues I received rated commercial dry foods; one of the next issues rated natural /raw foods/mixes.  That's when I had a revelation It dawned on me that Dana's breeder had mentioned her dogs were raised on a mix of a "premium" commercial dry dog food (available only in Canada, where Dana is from) and raw meat, including venison in season I went online and spent days reading and researching every "natural" food WDJ mentioned. I chose Sojourner Farms in May. It's mid-November now, and Dana is a completely different animal. While she is excruciatingly shy; always was and will be; her demeanor is so improved, I don't know how I let the food struggle go on for so long. She is an extremely low-key, laid-back creature, who gets very silly when she's happy. She is silly a lot of the time now, especially after she eats (we call this Happy Tummy). And now she tells us when she's hungry, although a casual observer may not recognize the signal (she wanders into the kitchen and lays down in front of the oven). Prior to switching to your food, she was mopey most of the time, and it just about broke my heart. Her weight has gone from a slightly flabby 106#, down to 98#.You may think this is still big, but Dana comes from VERY large stock, and is no bigger than her own mother, and still smaller than her father. She had allergy problems this past spring, but her skin has cleared up now. Her coat is softer than any I've ever seen on a GSD.She doesn't shed as much, either. I used to get enough fur off of her during bathing to make a whole new puppy. Back in May, I had intended to have her teeth cleaned, as her back teeth were beginning to show signs of tartar build-up.Now, I can't find any tartar and my vet has asked if I had her teeth cleaned elsewhere. She has relatively fresh breath (by doggy standards), and her stools are firm and very small.I have neighbors with Brittneys.  They feed them a house-brand dry dog food from a local warehouse club and these dogs put out three times as much of a stool as Dana. Also, one of the first things I noticed after trying your food, is that her stool doesn't smell nearly as bad as it did.Sorry to be so graphic, but the changes, ALL of them, just amazed me.As I am writing this, she is standing here smiling at me, wiggling her tail, waiting to go for a walk. We can't thank you enough."

"I want to tell you how much my 14-year-old Sealyham Terrier adores her diet, now.  I couldn't get anything that she'd eat with any kind of enthusiasm, and my sister-in-law told me about your program. Of some interest, perhaps, would be this addendum:  I lost my husband to colon cancer a few years ago, but in the last year of his life, he (and I) went on a diet which is very similar to the one you prescribe for dogs. That diet was, I know/we knew, instrumental in keeping him strong enough that he could live a remarkably normal life, even as the disease was working on him. I say this, because my little dog had a bout with lung cancer last year - she had a lobe removed - shortly after I started her on your diet. Guess what:  so far, she is doing beautifully! You're doing a great thing! Thanks."

-- Patricia Kauffman, Burnville, PA

"I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I love your products!!! After just 2 weeks on your food my 10 year-old golden retriver looks and acts like she is 5 again!! It has also been wonderful for my 10 month old great dane who since we got her has been afflicted with several different skin & digestive disorders. I was worried that putting her on a raw food would bother her sensitive system, but since she has been on it she has thrived! I just swithced my cat to your food and though he is generally a picky eater he instantly love his new food! I now recommend your food to everyone! Even people buying "commercial" food in the grocery & pet stores!"

-- Janelle Zunga & Pets, Jackson, MI

"Good evening. I am a new customer, but already I am very impressed with your product. My pets, a dog and a cat, have had a very easy transition from commercial pet foods to your product. I can also see a dfference in their coats and energy levels. I also work for a national natural food grocery store, and I have passed your flyer onto the Grocery Manager in my store. I feel as though your commitment to natural, wholesome ingredients is right in line with our company's mission and values. I look forward to a long relationship as not only a customer, but an advocate for a healthy pet food alternative.  Thank you."

-- Todd Redford, Cincinnati, OH

"Bought Sojos about 4 or 5 months ago. The owner of the house, my male Basenji, had three pounds to gain and his diet, now I know, was digusting. I used what I thought was the "top of the line" dry dog food. Well the difference has been remarkable. His coat shinny and thick, bright eyes, the three pounds he gained are all muscle. The only problem I have now, is a stronger and more youthful nut head. Jeesh, now I am not sure I should thank you or send you my bills for destroyed everything. By the way, he loves his meal time and the cost was amazingly inexpensive. Knowing I am giving him good natural food, makes my mind and soul happier. I am a customer for life."

-- Glenn Gajewski, Saratoga Springs, NY

"I never write letters like this, but I have to tell you how great I think
your product is. On May 19, 2002, I unexpectedly had to put my 12 1/2 year old dog down. She had lung cancer that no one had ever caught. All her life, Heidi had terrible skin and "allergy" problems. I am, in retrospect, completely convinced that much of her suffering can be directly linked to her diet. My 10 1/2 year old, Maggie, is still with me. In an effort to keep her with me as long as possible, I started to investigate alternatives. I had previously investigated alternative diets, but was convinced to continue using "standard pet food" by several people, including a vet (who we are no longer using!) Maggie has been on the new diet for approximately 3 weeks. I initially started her off on another company's "natural diet." (Halo Pet Spot's Stew) While she did eat it and I will have to use it when we travel (convenience sake) she turns her nose up at it now - she holds out for Sojos! She just LOVES the Sojos!!!! Every time I even approach the kitchen, she perks up and charges forth, hoping for food! The physical changes in her are unbelievable as well. Maggie has always had unbelievably tearing problems. She is still tearing, but it's INFINITELY better. Additionally, when Maggie would sit next to me at home, she would constantly be chewing on her feet - sometimes until they were raw and bloody. I have only seen her take a tiny nibble now and again - she's almost stopped!!! Maggie, as I mentioned, is 10 1/2 years old, but with the change in diet, she has become very much like the little hyper ball of energy that she was as a puppy :-) She charges towards me when I come home and loves to play and snuggle again. I am so thankful for finding your product. I am telling everyone I can about the wonderful products you sell. I will be ordering more Sojo dog mix today and may even try to start my cats on it as well! Keep up the good work - and try to find a distributor in Georgia that's not two hours away from me!!! Thank you for giving me my baby back :-)

-- Jenny Hammer, College Park, GA

"I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your product is. I have two cats, one of which is overweight. My vet suggested [another brand] (which my roommate dubbed "card-board pellets"). They have both been eating it for two years and have not lost a single pound, instead they both became lethargic and their coats lost their shine. Then, my co-worker suggested a fresh meat diet (which didn't work out so well for me being a student and working full time). When I found Sojos I was so happy! It is so convenient and my cats are like kittens now! They are so playful and shiny and are down to a healthy weight. Thanks a lot!"

"We received our order today, and I just thought I would drop you a line to tell you how much my dogs enjoy your product. I first heard of your food in an article that was published in the Whole Dog Journal, which I read religiously! I have three dogs now, but at the time I read the article, I only had two, Maggie, a labrador mix that we adopted as a puppy from a local shelter in January of 1999, and Lola, a golden retriever who had belonged to a neighbor. Lola had lived two houses away and Maggie and I used to visit her when we went on our walks. Lola spent a lot of time in an outdoor pen by herself and she would howl and bark at us when she saw us playing in our yard, so we would always take time to stop by and give her some attention and some biscuits every day. One day, when we were visiting, her owner came out and asked if we would be interested in adopting her, because he was moving into an apartment and couldn't take her with him. My husband and I both adored Lola, and Maggie got along with her well, so we said yes. That was in March of 2000, when Lola was 6 years old. I was very surprised when her owner told me that he had never taken her to the vet, when I asked him if I could have her veterinary records. The only time she had ever been to a vet was to get her first puppy shots while the breeder still had her! The red flags went up in my head, but we still wanted her. We took her in on a Saturday and I called to schedule her first vet appointment on the following Monday. I had noticed when walking her that she seemed to be urinating a lot, and I was afraid that she might have a urinary infection. Well, to condense the last two years, that first vet appointment turned into a very close relationship with the vet. Being an unaltered female, what I thought was a urinary infection turned out to be pyometra, and an emergency surgery. This was followed by many visits for treatments for pyoderma, and also, for surgery to remove several lumps, which were benign. Then, almost a year ago, I found another lump on her side, which turned out to be lymphoma. About the only thing this poor dog has not had, which I honestly expected to hear that she did have when we first adopted her, was heartworm! So, she has been receiving treatments off and on since last March, and she has been doing really well. And I believe that your food mix has really helped her a lot. I feed it to all three of our dogs (we adopted another puppy from a rescue group last January; she is a very energetic mix, we think flat-coat retriever/samoyed or american eskimo and her name is Annie) and I always get compliments on how great their coats look. We feed it to them along with a variety of fresh raw meats; turkey, chicken or beef.
Another thing that I wanted to mention was what I went through with Maggie! When she was a puppy, I tried feeding every brand of "premium" commercial dog foods on the market. She didn't want anything to do with the stuff! Of course, at the time, I had no idea what nasty stuff goes into that so-called food. I would sit with a spoon and literally beg her to eat! She would finally give in, I think just because it was all that was offered to her and maybe because she wanted to please me. But when I started doing research about canine nutrition (after we got Lola and all the health problems began) and I decided to do the fresh raw meat and sojos diet, I was shocked by the change in her! She couldn't wait for me to put the food bowl down! She'd gobble it up and look to me to give her some more!! I felt so bad for practically force-feeding her all that stuff that she didn't like!! Well, thanks again for such a great product! I'm always singing the praises of this stuff to other dog owners!"

-- Rachel Simpson, Richmond Heights, OH

"I needed to let you know how much my dogs are enjoying their new regimen. I had been cooking huge batches of a rice/barley/oats mix and mixing in veggies and raw ground turkey and then freezing it in daily packs. But now life is so much easier. I still make a mixture of veggies and raw turkey and then freeze that in daily packs, but the girls share one pack so my freezer has some room for my ice cream again! And they can hardly wait for the food to absorb the water. My big girl, CoCo, is blind and slightly food-crazy. Prior to the switch she would virtually beg for food all day. Now she gets a little kibble in the morning and then again about an hour after they have eaten and she sleeps all through the night and doesn't wake me up for breakfast. You have changed our lives. And the girls look great and are maintaining their figures. So thank you very much from me and CoCo and Mocha."

-- Helaine Dworkin, Scottsdale, AZ

"My 2 year old dog starting getting Sojo's a few weeks ago. He's had bad skin itching and would draw blood scratching so hard. He would bite his feet and tail and sometimes me out of frustration. Even though it's only been a few weeks, he is so much more calm and barely scratching. Plus he has more energy - running around like the little puppy he thinks he is. My dog absolutely loves Sojo's and looks forward to it. He's choosey now, and has started to refuse his old food. I can't blame him. He'll actually pick the Sojo's out and lick it off of the old pellet food. So, he gets Sojo's separately now. We are almost fully transitioned over. Thank goodness, I know the old food was no good for him and he only ate it because he was hungry. Thanks for such a great product!"

-- Tonya Bakke, Grand Blanc, MI

"Wanted to send a quick email to commend Sojos.com for their wonderful diet I prepare for Hannah (Rescue Rotweiller 8 years old). Since feeding Hannah this diet, her temperment, coat, and physique have all improved. She trimmed 9 lbs. (which I didn't think she had to loose), her coat looks wonderful, and all her ailments (from chronic ear infections, obsessive licking, biting, and scratching) have ALL subsided. She acts like a puppy and is wonderful to be a companion to since her new way of eating! Thanks again!"

-- Carrissa Griffing, Philadelphia, PA

"I wanted to write you and tell you how pleased we are with your wonderful dog food. We have a 6 year old Australian Cattle dog who was on regular dry dog food. I found your web site and read some articles, and decided to try it. He has a cast iron gut, but we weaned him into your "crunch" over a period of 2-3 weeks. After the first little meal, the only way I could get him to eat his other dog food was to soak it in yours. He no longer has gas, his stools are nice and soft, and we feel he's starting to lose weight and has much more energy. We do, however feed him 3 meals a day, plus he has to have his snack before bedtime. My husband is disabled and that dog is his constant companion. So we want him around as long as we can, and that's why I thought it important to get better dog food. Also, he doesn't like any raw chicken, so I get ground chuck, and he really likes that. Thank you so very much for your wonderful dog food. I will be reordering when I need some more. Thanks again."

-- Monica Orchard, Three Lakes, WI

"Just wanted to let everyone know how very satisfied I am with your products. My animals (7 cats, one dog) are so much healthier since eating your food, and it shows. My oldest cat especially has benefited enormously. I found him on my porch 4 years ago, thin as a skeleton, and nursed him back to health. He was much better for a while, but then was diagnosed with a heart murmur and a weak, irregular heart beat and eventually went into a phase where all he did was nap. He never played any more and rarely ate. I agreed with my vet to just let him be because of his old age (an estimated 13-14 years at the time). So he slowly and peace- fully seemed to just fade away. Then in the fall of 2001, I switched to your food. Luckily my old kittie isn't picky and started eating it almost immediately, and lo and behold, quickly regained his energy; his playtime went up and the time he spent napping went down considerably. During a vet checkup in the spring of 2002, the vet found that he still had the heart murmur, but that his heartbeat was strong and steady, and during this year's spring vet visit, the heart murmur was completely gone. My vet said that the food he's eating must be of such good quality that it strengthened the heart muscle enough to make the murmur disappear. Needless to say, we're hooked for life. I would *never* have expected such results when I first introduced my babies to your food. As for my old kittie, he seems to have gotten a second chance on life, and from the way he acts you'd never guess that he's more than 4 years old. He runs around the house, plays silly chase games with his stuffed mice, and generally has so much energy that he usually wears me out. I tell him to go nap, which of course he won't do. Thank you for making such a good product. I hope you'll be around forever."

"I rec'd the bag of food yesterday.  My 2-year old English Mastiff had his nose all over the bag.  I figured that was a good sign.  Since he is counter height, it was hard to keep his nose out of the mix or contain him long enough to allow the mixture to sit for 15 minutes.  I had only mixed 1/2 the amount of what will ultimately be his daily intake to use in the "transition."  I intended to spread that initial mix over the next four days.  Well, I spooned some over his usual kibble.  He lapped it up so fast, I couldn't believe it and was banging his head on the fridge after he saw where the bowl disappeared into.  I ended up giving him an entire day's amount poured over his kibble.  Although Mastiff's are huge, they have very gentle mouths.  He delicately ate all of the Sojo's and didn't even touch the kibble underneath.  I immediately saw the difference when my husband and I sat down for dinner.  Although he has been taught not to "beg," he will usually at least come over to me and "smell" the food.  For the first time in two years, I think he had a full, satiated belly and didn't even look in our direction at dinner.  I had read another of the testimonials which reported their dog eating at the wee hours of the morning when they were finally too hungry and gave in to the kibble.  My mastiff would display the exact same behavior.  I have such a pang of guilt that this poor animal who we love so dearly has been hungry since the day he came into our lives.  Thank you Sojo's.  (now if I can only get my 4-month old human son to eat his cereal from a spoon without spitting it back at me, then more of our feeding issues will be resolved!)"

-- Marlee Folse, Prairieville, LA

"I have two male Labradors, brothers, five years old. Six months ago they were at 112lbs (yellow) and 105 lbs (black). I began feeding them Sojos and they are now at 100lbs (yellow) and 95lbs (black). They look good and are healthy dogs.  Sojos has been an excellent change from the manufactured foods. There is a little time involved in mixing the food, but it hasn't been bad. We really see the value of SOJO's. The dogs are healthy and full of energy. They like the food. I believe that the natural state of the mixed food far exceeds the nutritional value of manufactured feeds. Of course, it is not as handy as manufactured foods, but these guys are our family and in our hearts, they deserve the best."

-- Gary Asson, Heyburn, ID

"I am extremely impressed with your food. My dogs are thriving, have lost extra weight and gained energy and beautiful coats. Our older golden has added years to his life, and the other a with bad knee has lost enough weight so that he is getting around real well. I have managed to adapt myself to a new routine and mix up a bucket a couple of times a week. People are noticing the difference, I hope to become an active wholesale client soon and begin to carry your food here at my kennel.....thank you!"

-- Dale West, Shrewsbury, VT

"My Lhasa Apso, Daisy, is soon to be 13 years old, hasn't had her former skin problem recur since I switched her over to your method of feeding, is bright and energetic. In fact, she recently ran full tilt chasing a flock of white egrets at least five city blocks, and enjoyed herself immensely! She has a mild form of epilepsy and a moderately severe heart murmur, but is not on medication for either one. I credit your product for keeping her around this long for us to enjoy. So thanks. I'm certain I speak for all of your customers when I say that we appreciate your efforts on behalf of our pets."

-- Mary Lippert, Parrish, FL

"We are writing to you to express gratitude for the formula food that we ( Our Puppies) enjoy so much, as you know we started with your “Special Formula” 4 years ago, for our Schnauzers on the recommendation of Dr. Richard porter our vet advisor. As you know Schnauzers are prone to “Hot Spots” on their skin, however since having put our kennel all on “Sojourner” we no longer experience this challenge. Our Puppies say “ Thank You.”

-- Jim & Marj Moorhead  US Army (Ret), Bradenton, FL

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your company for offering an alternative to commercial dog food. My dog had so many areas where fur was missing due to his allergies. Unfortunately, none of the vets I took him to (three total) recommended changing his diet. Instead, I got steroids and anti-histamines that made him hungry and tired, respectively. Somehow I ended up on your website. I have to admit I was doubtful after the first couple of weeks of feeding Sojourner Farms to my dog that he was going to get better. When I told my friends I was feeding my dog raw meat they could not believe I would do something like that to 'my baby'. Fast forward two years and he no longer suffers as much as he did from his allergies...and we do not have to give him steroids or anti-histamines to combat his itchiness. So, with that said, thank you so very much and keep up the good work.

-- Laura Elgin, Cypress, CA

"Thank you. I have seen a noticeable difference in my pet's stamina and over-all energy the short two months I have been feeding your food. Thanks so much for making my pet a happy pet!!"

-- Nancy Scholl

"Your food is great! I adopted a dog with severe allergies and a suppressed immune system last September. I started switching her over to your food in January, and the change has been extraordinary. Flea season is just starting here, but she made it
through the worst of the spring pollen without distress so I am hopeful that her reaction to flea saliva will be less severe this year. Thanks for a great product!"

-- Nathalie Guerin, Athens, GA

"I can't believe the difference in my wirehair terrier since beginning your product.  This dog suffered terribly with skin allergies, leading to sores and constant scratching...at one point I actually thought that I might have to have her put down....she was so miserable...Since changing her diet she has regained the original colors she had as a pup, has the energy of a young dog, and is sooo...happy with her little self...it truly has given her a gift of life...thank you so much for this product."

-- Janet Hesler, New Egypt, NJ

"Just a quick note to let you guys know how much my babies are enjoying their new diet. I have two rat terriers, one with an unspecific allergy. Since switching to Sojos, amazingly no more skin breakouts! Thanks so much for a wonderful product - I'm recommending everyone I know with pets to switch their pet's diet to a natural diet!"

-- Donna Mitchell, Dallas, TX

"I wanted to thank you for offering such a wonderful product for animals. Our American Staffordshire Terrier (Kori) is just 10 months old and we've been feeding him Sojo's European Style Dog Food since May 2004. Kori has always been a finicky eater. I found that although I fed him the "premier" dog food, I threw away more than he ate. I tried everything, but he just didn't seem to enjoy his food. When I discovered Sojourner Farms offered what I had always thought to be the right way of feeding animals, I purchased a bag and began the transition. Kori took to it immediately. He would eat the Sojo's mixed food and leave the rest. Within a week we added whole vegetables and fruits as snacks and it helped make the transition smoother. Every time we walk him, we get comments on how beautiful and shiny his coat is and how white his teeth are. The few minutes a day spent on preparing his food a well worth it, since I know it won't be a waste. Kori loves his new food lifestyle and we love the results that have given us a happy, healthy, beautiful dog."

-- Susan Justiniano, Paterson, NJ

"We love the Sojos.  Our dog trainer recommended it to us two years ago when our Weimaraner was still a puppy.  Today he looks great!  Beautiful coat and teeth and he is also very slender.  We recommend you to all of our pet owning friends."

-- Susan Faurot, Yorba Linda, CA

"Thanks so much for the info you sent. I'll pass it on--looks like your food provides lots of good nutrients! My Saint Bernards LOVE your food! Plus chicken, ground turkey, and chicken liver (only once a month due to its high cholesterol and fat content, but it does have lots of iron, I understand...) mixed in, of course. And--they are absolutely thriving on it! Their coats are soft and gorgeous, shiny, and they have lots of energy. In addition, your food seems to manage their weight very well--important since they all have had surgeries for hip dysplasia. (I think perhaps I've written you about their hips, etc., before, but I do want to give a "high five" testimonial for your excellent food products!) Thanks so much!"
